1. Digital Service Nature
KV BOOST services are digital and operational in nature. Once service delivery starts, resources are immediately allocated.
2. No Refund After Use
After any purchased plan is used (including any launch, partial delivery, or consumed points), the order is final and not eligible for refund.
By purchasing and using the service, you agree that used or partially used digital service orders are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you experience an issue, contact support first so we can review logs and resolve it.
This policy does not remove mandatory legal rights or payment-network rights where they apply, but abusive or fraudulent disputes may lead to account restrictions.
4. Limited Internal Exceptions
A refund or credit may be considered only for verifiable internal service failure before any connection or usable delivery evidence exists.
Approved exceptions are issued at our sole discretion after technical review.
5. User Configuration Responsibility
Refunds are not granted for user-side errors, including invalid stream/channel input, blocked/unavailable third-party endpoints, or configuration mistakes.
